The Ty’s Toy Box blog lives again! Sure, it’s a new location, and a different platform, and there will be some other changes, but consider the blog resurrected and open for business.

So. Um. Hi! I’m Mir, otherwise known at the Toy Box Mommy, and if you used to read the Ty’s blog you sort of know what you’re in for with me. If you didn’t read us, previously, you may be wondering what it is that I’ll be doing here.

I’m a mom and so my interests run towards figuring out what sorts of toys, movies, TV shows, etc., I’m comfortable letting my kids have and watch. I am also unapologetic about my own immature tendencies; there are some kids’ shows of which I am a fan simply because I think they’re cool. Ditto for toys. So sometimes I’m reviewing things for the kids, and sometimes I’m just going to say I LOVE THIS because I just… do.

There are big doings afoot ’round here, and we hope you’ll stick around. Tomorrow I’ll be announcing some new toys available at Ty’s and giving you the professional rundown of which ones you’ve gotta have. (Translation: I’ll quiz my kids on which ones they simply cannot live without. Should be interesting.) (And then my children may be available for adoption, depending on how expensive their picks are and how much they whine.)

So. I think it’s going to be like the bionic blog, here. We can rebuild it! Better, faster, stronger than before! I’m thrilled to be back, and I think we’re going to have a lot of fun.
